With more than two decades’ experience writing as a reporter and editor, I started my career at Independent Television News (ITN) Westminster. Working in a busy newsroom watching journalists’ pieces to camera on Abingdon Green spurred me on to complete a National Council for the Training of Journalists’ (NCTJ) post-graduate journalism course. Since then, I’ve never looked back as I’ve been fortunate to work as a reporter and editor on a number of newspapers and national glossies.
I set up my copywriting agency Christchurch Creative more than six years ago, having gained valuable PR training and journalistic experience in home interest and lifestyle sectors. I continue to hone my digital marketing skills, which include an in-depth knowledge of SEO – an integral part of any business’s successful marketing strategy.
I recruit talented journalists with strong sector experience, paying attention to every detail to handcraft bespoke, accurate copy. From discovering your unique tone of voice through to creating compelling content, we are renowned for achieving brilliant results.
I am also an influencer with more than 18K visits to my Style & Decor blog each month and my successful @styleanddecoruk Instagram feed with 23.2K followers. These both present exciting opportunities for brands who want to connect authentically with their target audience.
